Detailed Answer:
Hi dear and thanks for your query.

As you describe thick white discharge are only vaginal discharge ,and as you may know they change consistency with phases of your cycle.

Do you have itching or burning sensation on your genitals?
When was your last menstrual period?
Did you have unprotected intercourse?

Brief Answer:
Delay periods may be from the use of postinor

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear again and thanks for trusting to us.

I understand your concern and I will try to help you.

Use of postinor can cause postponed or preponed periods ,hence it causes and disrupts ovulation .

Keep in mind ,that often use of Postinor can cause side effects ,hence contact with a health practitioner for a long term method of contraception.

Having itching and thick vaginal discharge may show us that you may have a yeast infection.

Best regards
