Brief Answer:
Can be due to mild PCOD.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
You have slightly enlarged ovaries with mildly raised prolactin levels. This can be due to early changes of polycystic ovaries. It is good that you are having normal regular periods. The acne that you have can be related to the mild follicles that have been detected. It is best to get an ultrasound scan done after 3 months just after the periods to assess the cysts that have been detected this time.

thanks doctor for the quick reply.Do these early changed mean i have PCOS,and if so what is a probable cause of treatment in this instance based on the results.Considering i only have one symptom of the disease(acne).Should i be on some medication as i am planning to get pregnant soon?or will the tiny follicles which appear only on the left ovary disappear over time.I am worried if left untreated it'll continue to progress.

Brief Answer:
It will regress with time.

Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thanks for writing again.
You may have only a mild degree of PCOS. This is likely to regress on its own in few months. You need not worry. If your periods are regular then you can try for spontaneous conception during the fertile days of your cycle. This is not likely to progress with time.
Hope my answer is helpful.
