Brief Answer:
Depends on menstrual cycles, hormonal levels

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for the query.
All PCOD patients may not have problem in conception.
It depends on factors like:
-Regularity of menstrual cycles.
In case of regular ovulatory menstrual cycles, fertility chances will be almost normal.
-Hormonal levels. If FSH, LH hormones levels are within normal range, the possibility of conception is there.

According to your reports, your TSH levels and prolactin levels are elevated.
So you need to adjust your thyroid medication and has to take treatment for hyperprolactinemia.
Hypothyroidism can cause hyperprolctinemia sometimes.
FSH and LH levels are normal.
In case of regular menstrual cycles, track the ovulation and plan intercourse around that period, this will increase the possibility of conception.
Hope I have answered your query. I will be available to answer followup queries. If you are satisfied with the response, please give your review at the end of the discussion.
Take care.
