Brief Answer:
A few suggestions, but meth is a big no

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome.

Thank you for writing to us.

I have gone through your query with diligence and would like you to know that I am here to help. I am sorry to hear about your weight loss and how you are finding it difficult to attain successful weight loss. If you do not mind, please write to me about which surgeries you underwent that are restricting you from working out and exercising; is it something to do with your knees?

First of all, meth does not help with weight loss. What meth causes is a state in which a person loses interest in everything, including family, friends and completely detaches himself/herself from everything. It can completely ruin your life and please do not go ahead with this.

As for your issues, here are my recommendations:

+I am guessing your weight gain has resulted in anxiety and depression which has resulted in sleep related issues, and so the first step towards weight loss would be to visit a psychiatrist and get treated for your depression, anxiety and/or sleep related issues
+Self-control is the main thing required:Only if you want to lose weight can you lose weight, so no one can help you unless you want to help yourself. Your first step was to seek help from medical professionals here, and I am happy about this
+Try to have 5-6 small meals instead of 2-3 large ones
+Avoid sugar completely
+Drink plenty of water
+Make sure you throw away all the sugar-containing edibles in your house, this is very important
+Increase your protein intake
+Go about cardio workouts, even simple walks shall suffice (30 minutes 2-3 times a day to start off with)
+Try to get someone who is close to you or who lives with you who can help you with your diet
+Make sure you get enough sleep
+Do not turn to food or drinks when you feel low; emotional eating is a big problem causer
+Avoid fried food/fatty food/oily food
+No carbonated drinks or any sugar containing drinks
+Try to drink a cup of hot tea, without milk and without sugar, with half a lemon's juice squeezed into it after each meal
+Drink a glass full of cold water before each meal
+Avoid chips and all other junk food completely
+Speak to a weight loss specialist who can help you with suggestions which can help by reducing your intake (e.g. bariatric surgery)
+Do not lose hope
+Try not to sit in one place for too long, try to get up and walk for as long as possible
+Eat citrus fruits if you feel hungry as they will provide you with some sugar and satiate your sugar craving, and also fill your stomach
+Drink plenty of water at all times, this fills your stomach and reduces your need to want to eat

Please feel free to write to me for any further clarifications, I am always here to help.

Best wishes.
