Brief Answer:
Fever can be due to MMR vaccination

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to the HCM

I understand your concerns but don't worry. The fever is a side effect of MMR vaccination seen in some babies. But it is self limiting and improve in 2-3 days with symptomatic management in the form of Acetaminophen or Paracetamol for fever spikes. Also, mild rash and injection site swelling and redness may occur.

Hopefully this will help you. I would be happy to help you in any further questions.
Take care
