Does Gestofit, Ecospirin And Clexane Help In Retaining Pregnancy?
Question: My wife has conceived and by today it is 6 weeks 2 days. I am curious to know the medicines she is taking is suffice or not. She had missed abortion 2 times in 2010 and 2012. I am curious are this medicines suffice for preventing misscarriage again. Any other advices to prevent misscarriage will be most helpful. This time she conceived by IUI for 1 cycle.
She is advised to take
Gestofit 200 SR Daily 2 times
Ecospirin 75 mg Daily 1 Time
Clexane 200 mg Injection Daily Once
Dexona Daily Once
Ovacare Forte Daily 2 Tablets
Folic Acid 5mg Daily Once
She is advised to take

I am sorry, Clexane is only 20 mg, I rechecked.
I am curious to know, whether any medication changes will take place or these medicines are to be taken for certain period of time..?

HCG should be started and you can discuss with your doctor about it and should be taken once a week.
All the medicines will continue till 34 weeks of pregnancy except dexona and HCG which will be stopped around 12-14 weeks of gestation.
