I've gone through your query and understand your concern,

Yes you can take Acetaminophen in addition, but not as in place of Gabapentin's absence, simply because they are not inter-related pharmacologically..

To put you at ease, I must inform inform you that, you can comfortably take Tab ACETAMINOPHEN (i.e. PARACETAMOL) 650 mg after some food at 8th hrly interval for any additional pain that your having..
