Does Confido Help In Treating Premature Ejaculation?

Question: Hello sir,
I am 23 years old. I had problem of nightfall and premature ejaculation from last 6 years. I haven't took any medicine yet. But the problem is increasing. So i decided to take confido tablets. Will it help to overcome the problem. And what should be tbe dosage.

Confifo have little role in premature ejaculation. Although Himalaya claims a great effect but in reality it does not help majority.

The best treatment for PE is behavioural techniques which includes Kegel exercise. You can start doing at frequency of 30 contractions three times a day and slowly increase duration of single contraction to 10-15 seconds.

What about nocturnal emission? Its there from past 6 years. Someone says that everyone gets wet dreams at certain stage of life and it stops after sometime. But in my case i am getting wet dreams from past 6 years due to which my body shrinks and my face become weak. Would you prescribe me any medicine for that or confido will help me to overcome this problem.

The wet dreams are definitely normal for certain time but if continued are indicative of future premature ejaculation. I mean to say that both arise due to same problem.

I will not be able to prescribe you as online prescription is not valid. But you can see a doctor and request him to prescribe any of the SSRI suitable for you after discussing pros and cons of each medication.
