Brief Answer:
Can be an incompletely treated urinary tract infection

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Welcome and thanks for your query.
Urinary infection usually elevates the number of pus cells in the urine and the bacteria causing it can be detected by doing a urine culture.
Ketones without raised blood sugar, is due to inadequate food and water intake.
A hyperactive bladder can make you pass urine more frequently
You may have an incompletely treated urinary tract infection which can mask the urine test results of infection.

Went on the bactrim 7 day dose started Tuesday night I did miss one does on Friday. Could this have made this a incomplete treatment? Should I drink more water.

Brief Answer:
Depends on how sensitive the bacteria is.

Detailed Answer:
Was a urine culture and sensitivity done before starting antibiotic. If so, please upload the result. If the organism was sensitive to Bactrim missing one dose in a 7 days course may not matter much.
For now drink sufficient water and take urispas or Vesicare for symptomatic relief. If symptoms persist after 5 days , a urine culture is to be done to see if you have any infection or it is only a hyperactive urinary bladder.
