Does Amoxicillin Interact With Clavulanic Acid?

Question: i went to dr as suggested given amox-clav 850 tablets
took 1 at 3pm EST and woke up an hour ago omitting
what do I do now?

I read your question and i understand your concern. amoxicillin and clavulanic acid in combination can cause nausea and vomiting so should not be worried about. Treat that symptomatically. Dont stop antibiotcs now. Complete the dose.

meanwhile for vomiting take some green tea, some gastric motility enhancer like itopride,metoclopramide etc. Apart from it, sinusitis needs care apart from antibiotics like humidification, plenty of fluids intake, nasal irrigation and decongestants and plenty of rest.

No you should not. Just continue your symptoms and to reduce the symptoms try to take the medicine between the meal with plenty of water and increase fiber intake with it. Issue of vomiting will subside.
