Brief Answer:
no...

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

the vaginal fluids have on effect on the sensory mechanisms of the penis. Certain chemicals used during sex may cause numbness. These chemicals target the sensory mechanisms of the penis in order to increase the time to ejaculation. Other potential causes may include physical injury (swelling due to excessive mechanical stimulation or other reasons) and neuropathy, that is a problem to the nerves of the penis. Diabetic patients are prone to neuropathy. Too much bicycle may also cause numbness in the area if the seat is too hard. But the vaginal fluids are not supposed to cause any problems to the senses.

Brief Answer:
the nerves and blood vessels have to be checked

Detailed Answer:
I've already mentioned some potential causes. If you'd like to investigate it further then assessment of the nerves and blood vessels might be necessary. You should start by consulting a urologist first. The urologist might refer you to other specialties if necessary.

Inability to feel any part of the body means nerve dysfunction. Diabetes is a very common cause but HIV, cancer, toxins, alcohol, etc are common causes of neuropathy.
