Dear sir
Muscle relaxants most of the time provide you relief from pain and stress by multiple mechanisms which include relief of pain by muscle relaxation, sedation and by virtue of their combination with pain killers. As the body de-stresses the heart will naturally come down. However any pathological, significant or symptomatic decrease in heart rate is not warranted. A significant fall is where you develop symptoms pertaining to low heart rate or it is less than 40 bpm in awake person. In such a case do consult your doctor at once.
