Brief Answer:
Viral infection likely.

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thanks for your query at HCM
I understand your concern and situation

According to the symptoms it appears that you are having viral infection in prodromal phase. I advise you rest, acetaminophen and eat protein rich healthy diet with multivitamins and calcium supplemenot. You can get blood culture for salmonella done and tests for malaria like rapid card test and microscopy. If symptoms deteriorate like high fever then you must visit physician for evaluation and investigations. As of now you do not need to take antibiotics as antibiotics are ineffective in viral infection. Remember to take rest. Stay in follow up.

Hope I answered your query
