Do Cramps And Heavy Bleeding Along With Massive Clot Discharge Suggest Miscarriage?
Question: Is this a miscarriage? I have attached a photo. I have felt cramping and had heavy bleeding. The skin colored masses in this clot are concerning.

1) This picture does not say accurately whether this is miscarriage or endometrial tissue. I need few more details before confirming the same.
2) Let me know when was your last period date ( LMP) and whether pregnancy was confirmed by ultrasound scan or home pregnancy test ?
3) When was your next predicted period date ?
4) If you have had confirmed pregnancy then it is possible that this could be miscarriage. If not this is endometrial tissue.

Thank you for additional information.
This is not a miscarriage. This is definitely endometrial tissue which is enlarged ( hypertrophied) in women with menorrhagia.
Therefore I see no reason to worry about miscarriage. Mirena is not associated with this.
