Question: Can a person without hep-c get it by kissing a person with hep-c on the lips?

See, Hepatitis C spreads mostly through sexual intercourse, blood contact.
Transmission through personal contact specially through kissing is extremely rare. However, there are few case reports where people have got Hepatitis C through deep kissing. Now, controversy says that they might be having cuts inside there mouth leading to transmission.
So, no one can give you a guarantee that you won't get Hepatitis C through kissing. However chances of spread are extremely extremely rare.
