Brief Answer:
Prurigo,fucibet cream,precaution for bites.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thanks for writing to health care magic.

Bumps on legs without itching are mostly suggest prurigo.

It is a sensitivity pattern to mosquito and other bug bits.

It is quite common in children as they have sensitive skin.

The condition tends to relapse till a certain age.

Taking precaution for bugs like full cotton clothings, repellents, nets etc will help in preventing recurrence.

For bumps you can apply a steroid antibiotic combination like fucibet.Apply it at night time for a period of 1 to 2 weeks. There is no need to take any oral medication at present.

You need to continue treatment on and off basis.Taking a dermatologists opinion will also help in case of relapses.

I hope this will solve your problem. In case of any concerns i will be happy to help you.Take care.
