Hi,

There is no direct evidence or no robust studies to say daily nasal irrigation couldn itself cause anosmia.
however you should be careful about the pressures, temperature, the neti pot or syringes that you use. they should be gentle and autoclaved.
pressure and temp could damage the nasal mucosa.
