Brief Answer:
Yes, this is possible

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX
Ringing in the ears, or tinnitus, is often caused by instabilty at the junction of the head and the upper spine. This instability can be caused by cervical (neck) disc problems. There are many other things that can cause tinnitus including medications, hearing loss, ear wax blockage and exposure to loud noises. Sometimes we are never certain of the cause. But to answer your question, it is definitely possible that disc disease in the neck can cause ringing in the ears. If the disc disease is stabilized and then the junction of the head and neck is stabilized then often the ringing will eventually go away. Good luck.
