Brief Answer: breast and pelvic examination and ultrasound Detailed Answer: Hello XXXXXXX Welcome to health care magic Macafem is herbal formulation which actually acts by inducing hormone production from ovaries and brain tissue thus increasing endogenous hormone production. As it is not a hormone per se it prevents atrophy of the ovarian tissue which occurs in menopause. But only precaution is that you should ideally get an ultrasound and breast and pelvic examination from a gynecologist so as to rule out any disease which is hormone responsive. I hope I have answered your query but if you have any further questions I will be happy to help.
