Brief Answer: Try lower doses of sildenafil. Detailed Answer: Hello Concor is bisaprolol, a beta blocker, which can cause bradycardia and low blood pressure. Sildenafil acts on smooth muscles inpenis and lungs but has some effect on other areas as well, resulting in low blood pressure. Besides, beta blockers can cause erection problems but less common with Concor. I would suggest to try lower doses of Sildenafil like 25 mg and how it works but you should avoid higher doses like 100 mg for sure. Dr Saatiish Jhuntrraa
