Question: I didnt take XXXXXXX pills for 4 days today.. what should I do? do I need to take today? pls help me.and I do have sex with my husband those days.

is it really okay? I think my hormones now is very imbalance.. and the reason I stop XXXXXXX I just take 5 pcs because I feel weak whenever im taking it.. palpitations and weakness of body and I also feel that im gaining weight.. and mostly I think my PCOS get worsen the more I take pills.. I feel the symptoms.. I really dont know what to do now.. im so confused.. either to stop it or to continue it.. and also I dont know if its in the pills or not I think im less progesterone.. bcoz I feel sag. my skin is not tight.

If you have these side effect with pills you should stop pills immediately and use another form of intrauterine contraceptive device called copper T .

This is best and long term solution. Skin loosening is not due to pills or hormones. Weight gain is possible with pills
