I have this cough and runny nose i get put on anabiotic's or i have XXXXXXX put on methylprednisolone i get over the cold but when finishing the pills its not even a month later the same cold and cough and runny nose is back is there something else going on that not leting me get over it 100%?

Im not on any thing now and the endlscopy is being done for my radomly getting sick for no reasion
