Brief Answer: Eyes problem. Detailed Answer: Hello XXXXXXX Thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum. Continuous work for 8 hours (without rest ) develops severe strain all parts of eyes ( cornea , pupil , lens retina , optic nerve ,even optic tract). If you work for more than 2 hours without rest damage starts ,so take rest just for 5 minutes ( better close eyes). Overall more than 8 hours hurts eyes (sight) .
