Brief Answer:
Conditions not related. other causes first

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thanks for the query,

I am afraid anxiety has not got anything to do with headache. It really cannot aggravate headache.

The headache needs to be investigated separately. Common signs and symptoms associated with anxiety are , Restlessness or feeling keyed up or on edge,Being easily fatigued, Difficulty concentrating or mind going blank, Irritability, Muscle tension and Sleep disturbance.

Stress and anxiety really cannot aggravate tinnitus. Tinitus has a very specific diagnostic and management plan. I would suggest you consult an ENT specialist for a proper examination of the ears (Otoscopic exam) and other specific tests. Rare diseases like Menier's disease should be carefully checked for, in case hearing loss ,vertigo and pressure inside the ear are felt.

I strongly suggest a careful evaluation of the headache be done. Primary headaches like migraine, tension and cluster headaches should be checked. The opinion of an ENT specialist is almost imperative in the evaluation and management of tinnitus.

Thanks and kind regards as I wish you the best of health.
