Brief Answer:
other causes should be excluded first.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Welcome to Healthcare Magic.

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

Anxiety can cause all kind of symptoms ,so it can cause sensations of back tightness and arm aches. Most if the symptoms occur when you are stressed .
These symptoms also might be due to muscular spasms.Bad posture and staying for long hours in a uncomfortable position or not sleeping well.

Problems with cervical vertebra can cause pain on back, neck and arm.
A detailed medical history and physical examination are necessary to understand something more.
Pathological causes should be first excluded.

Hope it helps.
Let me know if you have any other question.I will be happy to help.

Kind regards,
Dr.Rovena Murati
