Brief Answer:
It has no relation with acute HIV.

Detailed Answer:
Dear Charlamarieb,

Welcome to HCM.

Antiphospholipid syndrome mimics the symptoms of acute retro-viral syndrome but is not commonly associated with it so don't get worried about HIV.

The best way to confirm whether you are positive or not is to get tested so go for it to clear the doubt and get back to me again with test result.

Thank You
