Can A Vaginal Polyp Cause Foul Vaginal Discharge?

Question: I had a smell from my vagina that smells like feces and had discharge that was yellow in color kinda brownish too went to gyno tested me for everything negative results still had smell went back doc says it could be a polyp....I'm a virgin never had sex...could this be true...if so...could the polyp be cancerous?

I would agree with the doctor that the polyp may be the cause. However, most polyps are not cancerous. They are usually benign.
Post removal of the polyp, the doctor will have to send it for biopsy. That is where the confirmation can be done between benign and malignancy.
