Brief Answer:
yes, secondary to allergic rhinitis

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

I had gone through your question and understand your concerns that you are having running nose. I would like to ask you few more details.

Is there any sequence of sneezes with nasal obstruction ?
Is their any dry cough with wheezing ?

Kindly get back to me with the details.

Based on your clinical details, it appears to be Eustachian tube dysfunction (hearing music) secondary to allergic rhinitis.

I suggest you to consult ent surgeon, get detaild ent examination, blood tests (absolute eosinophilic count, serum IgE), audiometry ( Eustachian tube dysfunction). If necessary CT scan of para nasal sinuses (to see extension of sinusitis, allergic polyp).

Mean time, do steam inhalation, valsalva exercises (watch youtube video), chew chewing gum and avoid taking freezer products (curd/ice creams).

Hope this answers your question, if you have additional questions or follow up questions then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your questions.

Wishing you good health.
