Brief Answer:
HCG diet is not recommended

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day

Dear Ms

Fatty liver is usually associated with Over weight and Obesity and is likely to reverse with reduction of weight and maintaining Body Mass index < 25.

I would not recommend HCG diet, as its non physiological way of weight reduction . It is associated with many complication. I would advise diet modification and increased physical activity including brisk walking as effective measures. The results may take more times , but it does maintain the reduced weight , unlike other methods like HCG diet which is associated with rebound increase in weight on stopping the diet.
