Can Zytee Gel Cause Swelling In The Lips?

Question: Hello doc...my daughter is 14 month now...recently she got hand foot and mouth disease 15 days ago...the doc gave her antibiotics and crosin plus some ear drops. And zytee mouth gel.after that she got cured...10 days after the infection gone she got her flu vaccination...now coming to my concern
Sir she still has her lips swellon and red..plus i saw one lymph node little swellon in her groin area the side on which she got her flu injection...
Sir i want to ask why the lips are swellon and lymph node is swellon...sir can zytee gl lead to lip swelling?
For information lips have been swelled since she got hfm viral infection..and i saw swelling in groin node only after flu shot...Please suggest what to do

I have gone through your question and the attached reports. The lymph node enlargement is usually secondary to vaccination and will improve within 2-3 weeks.

Swelling on lips seems to be due to post viral illness or vitamin deficiency. I would recommend you to start her on Syp. Bevon or Becosule for 2 weeks. This will improve her lip swelling and general wellbeing.

Thanx a lot mam...mam upto when the swelling in lips will go..i am giving her a to z syp..shoukd i change it...
Also should i apply something on swelling on lips amd node?

I would recommend to stop A to Z syrup and start any of the B complex syrups which I suggested earlier.
Apply glycerin if lips become dry. There is no need for any other medications at present. No need to apply anything on node.

Mam one more thing i want to ask..from past 3 4 days she has not been so much verbal like mama dada baba etc..she used to say all these words very clearly..but from past days she has stopped saying this frequently...instead she is saying only de do ..nai and all..and some babbling ahh ehhh etc...mam is this normal...i am really worried...she is good in running waljing rolling eye contact dances on music..but just forgot to say words
