Can Zemaira Be Taken For Alpha 1 Antitrypsin Deficiency?

Question: I am looking for a reference for a Pulmonary doctor who practices at Sunrise Hospital.
My other half has to have Zemera infusions every week. He has been getting the treatment since July of 2012. The Dr. who originally wrote the Rx for his medication has retired and now, we need to find a doctor that we can make an appointment with and get a new Rx to continue his treatments. Sunrise Hospital will only accept an Rx from a Doctor that Practices there.
If you have any questions please feel free to call us. If you cannot accommodate his needs, if you could possibly direct us to someone who can help us.
I thank you for taking the time to read this long request. I just don't want to lose him. He is a wonderful man with a good heart.
The patient's name is XXXXXXX Ray XXXXXXX My name is XXXXXXX (Jerry does not like to talk on the telephone & I am sure when it rings he will hand the phone over to me. I have often teased him about having been scared by a phone as a child and that is why he does not like to talk on the phone. Ha! Ha!) Our Phone number is 00-000-50000.
Any help you can give us would be a blessing. I love him and don't want to lose him just because of paperwork.
Anything you can do will be so helpful. Even if you cannot accommodate his needs, perhaps you have an associate who may be willing to help. XXXXXXX is 78 years old. While he may not be running, he is active and busy and his mind is just fine. (His only phobia is talking on the phone. So, if you call, I, (Rose) will be answering the phone. He is anxious to get his treatment back on track so, he will probably talk to you for a brief minute or so to assure you that the information I have written is accurate.

He has insurance and there have never been any problems with the service.
The staff in the infusion center are all just gems. We are so grateful for them. XXXXXXX (In the Sunrise Hospital Infusion Center is a real gem. All of his staff are so kind, friendly, helpful and do their best to keep the patients up beat.
Thanks in advance for any help you can give XXXXXXX

Brief Answer:
You should consult another pulmonologist in Sunrise hospital.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your question on Healthcare Magic.
I can understand your concern.
I respect your feelings for your better half.
I am practicing pulmonologist in XXXXXXX XXXXXXX XXXXXXX
This is online forum. I don't think pulmonologist working in Sunrise hospital is on this forum.
We doctors have to enroll on Healthcare Magic.
It is not that all doctors of the world are on this site.
So I don't think pulmonologist from sunrise hospital is on this site.
Zemera is having alpha 1 proteinase inhibitor.
It is commonly used for alpha 1 antitrypsin deficiency and related cystic fibrosis.
So your better half might be having this disease.
I am sure there must be another pulmonologist in the sunrise hospital as one has been already retired.
So better to consult new pulmonologist and show all medical records of XXXXXXX I am sure new pulmonologist will definitely give you prescription of this drug.
And 1 more important thing, this forum is only for suggestions. We can nothing write prescription on this forum.
Hope you understand all these.
Hope I have solved your query. I will be happy to help you further. Wishing good health to your better half. Thanks.
