I can understand your concern. Wellbutrin is Bupropion and the drug is an anti anxiety and anti depressant drug. The drug is also used in smoking cessation treatments to reduce craving. Nicotine gums are nicotine replacement gums. There is no contraindication in using both at the same time. Mild anxiety may occur but that is seen in only in some cases.
