Brief Answer:
Not due to venlafaxine

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Welcome back to healthcaremagic and contacting me.

Symptoms you mentioned are not due to venlafaxine but yes as per our last discussion she was taking 150 mg venlafaxine. If she has stopped venlafaxine cold turkey it is possible that these are drug discontinuation symptoms. They can be treated with either adding small dose of venlafaxine again and reducing more slowly or adding some anti anxiety medicine like clonazepam for few days. Already wellbutin has added so it will be useful in this case also and wellbutrin dose can be increased after a week.

Chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS) is a medical condition characterized by long-term fatigue and other symptoms that limit a person's ability to carry out ordinary daily activities. Biological, genetic, infectious, and psychological mechanisms have been proposed, but the cause is not understood. The fatigue of CFS is not due to ongoing exertion, is not much relieved by rest, and is not due to any other medical condition. Diagnosis is based on a person's signs and symptoms. Considering her available history there is less likely possibility of CFS.

In very few cases even prozac can cause fatigue symptoms. She has these side effects due to prozac or not can be checked by her treating doctor after evaluation of her long history.
Electro convulsive therapy can be another option is doctor puts diagnosis of resitant depression. You can ask her doctor about the same.

Hope I have answered your query, I will be happy to help further.
