Brief Answer:
HIV risk through oral sex is very low.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to HCM once again.
Thanks for posting your query.
Unprotected oral sex has considered a low risk activity as far as HIV/STD is concerned as per CDC, XXXXXXX Blood transfusion, sharing needles, anal sex and vaginal sex are considered as high risk activity. The risk in vaginal sex is around 4-8 per 10000 exposures, then you can imagine that what would be the low risk chances (even far less). Ref: http://www.cdc.gov/hiv/risk/estimates/riskbehaviors.html
Moreover all the massage girls are not necessarily infected with HIV. They are also aware of the risk in their profession and take adequate precautions to avoid the same and have periodic check ups.
With oral penetrative sex STDs also not so common. Yeast infection and HSV 1 infection can occur rarely.
