Brief Answer:
Look for other congenital abnormalities that can co-exist.

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

Prozac is not associated with renal agenesis in the newborn. It is considered as a relatively safe drug in pregnant women.

With regards to other congenital abnormalities associated with solitary kidney, it's important to clearly search for other anomalies which can affect the reproductive and anorectal region in a few babies.

Even as the baby grows into adolescence and adulthood, it's important to monitor the kidney function as these children are more prone to develop hypertension, Infection and subsequent renal failure.

Hope I have answered your query.
