Can Plan B Cause Blue Veins On The Breast?

Question: Can plan b cause blue veins in breast?
He uses a condom. I took plan b a whole ago. Got a period ish. It was brown. Had sex again. He used a condom. He's never ejeculated into me without one. But we didn't use a condom right away.
I'm not on BC. I've been waiting to find the right one cause last one had bad side affects
