Brief Answer:
Drugs explained below

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand the concerns.
There are several causes of inability to conceive.
Placentrex injection is given in the treatment of pelvic or genital infection.
Ferikind is iron preparation given in low Hemoglobin counts.
Siphene is clomiphene which is an ovulation induction drug given to induce ovulation and hence help in increasing the chances of pregnancy.
Meprate is given to induce periods in patients who have delayed periods. This drug is generally not given in patients who are willing to conceive.
Hope you found the answer helpful.

Brief Answer:
Ovulation at day 13-14

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I am happy to have helped you.
In a 28-30 days cycle, ovulation occurs at 13-14 day of the cycle.
The fertile period is between day 8 to day 22 of the cycle.
You should have regular intercourse in that phase to maximise the chances of conception.
Nothing more to be taken to promote ovulation.
Be stressfree and optimistic.
