Brief Answer:
No issues, no interactions and there should be no concerns :)

Detailed Answer:
Hello ma'am and welcome.

Thank you for writing to us.

I have gone through your query with diligence and would like you to know that I am here to help. I do not think there should be any interactions or side effects with the use of phentermine 15 mg n patients who have gallstones.

But I would although like to take this opportunity to inform you about one common side effect seen with medications like phentermine and orlistat, which is depression. Please make sure you note and report any symptoms like depression, loss of appetite, change in mood easily, irritability, sleeping for long periods of time, etc; to your doctor if they appear.

I hope you find my response helpful. Please feel free to write back to me for any further clarifications, I am always here to help.

Best wishes.
