Question: I am to have surgery on March 16 can I continue to take Niacinamide, zinc, vitamin K, CoQ10, turmeric, curcumin and serrapeptase

advise you to stop Niacinamide since it is a vaso dilator

Hi welcome to Health care magic,
I would advise you to stop Niacinamide since it is a vaso dilator (dilates blood vessels) and can increase chances of bleeding.
Also you are taking double dose of curcumin--directly and from turmeric. Stop one.
And is it serrapeptase or serratiopeptidase? If the first, then it is ok.
