Can Melano Tx Be Used Instead Of Melacare?
Question: I am using Melacare cream from last 4 years. Now I want to conceive and my gynecologist has advised me not to use Melacare cream. So I have consulted my dermatologist and he has suggested another cream - Melano - TX that contains Tranexamic Acid, Kojic Acid Dipalmitate, Mulberry extract, Magnesium AsccorbylPhosphate, Arbutin and Vitamin C Acetate. He told me to use it twice daily. My questions are following:
1. Is it safe to use this cream?
2. What does twice daily means? I have to apply in the morning and before sleep but for how many hours and what precautions I have to take?
3. I have developed pigmentation and my complexion has become very dull after leaving Melacare cream. So will this cream help me to regain my complexion and eliminate pigmentation?
