Yes you can take 0.5 mg of Klonopin and 60mg of Cymbalta after 50mg of Oxycodone and 2mg of Xanax. There is no overdose if your doctor has prescribed these all.
I do not recommend taking xanx further for a while. Klonopin will help you in panic attack. If at all after an hour of taking klonopin your panic attack continues you can take 0.5 mg klonopin more and later on inform your doctor about the same. Xanax is short acting and more chances of dependency with it so I do not recommend it.

Hi,

Thanks for clarification. Klonopin and ativan both are benzo. Klonopin is better when anxiety is severe. You can take another ativan 0.5 in an hour without any problem. Even after that anxiety continues and you have not klonopin, you can take 0.5 mg Xanax(after an hour of second dose of ativan).
