Hi,

Yes, keflex is good medication for toe infection. But if the infection doesn't reduce with it then more stronger antibiotics may be started.

May I know if there is pus discharge from infected site. If pus discharge is there then better to get its culture and sensitivity test. Your local physician will know about it.
