Brief Answer:
yes, they may be presecribed together.

Detailed Answer:
Dear Dr
The prescribed doses of these drugs can be given simultaneously. They usually do not cause any harm when prescribed carefully by a practitioner after considering hemodynamics of the patient. However, GTN sorbitrate and nikoran share some of their actions by virtue of releasing nitric oxide, so when they are prescribed for the first time and both simultaneously, one should watch for headache/ palpitation/ low blood pressure and increase in heart rate. These are usually mild in intensity and well manageable.
Ivabradine do not perpetuate their side effect.
If there is anything, please feel free to discuss further.
Sincerely
Sukhvinder

Brief Answer:
Need to visit ER if...............

Detailed Answer:
Dear Sir
If His BP has dropped considerably after the drug intake or he is too symptomatic for his palpitations or he is too short of breath as compared to before the intake of drug, then he must be taken to emergency room for evaluation. The drugs may or may not be responsible for the symptoms but such symptoms are serious enough to be evaluated on emergent basis.
An increase in heart rate or drop in blood pressure can worsen the condition of a patient with coronary artery disease. If this is symptomatic, patient should be evaluated in emergency room. The combination of the three drugs may bring increase in heart rate or drop in blood pressure, if they are being taken for the first time.
Sincerely
Sukhvinder
