Brief Answer:
Chances of HIV is nil.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thank you for query.I am Dr Bharatesh D Basti answering your query.
Welcome to health care magic.I have gone through the details and can make out your anxiety.

The chances of transmission of HIV by unprotected oral sex with a HIV positive person is almost nil unless there are bleeding wounds in both. The risk with frottage is also almost nil.
So the risk is too low or nil.
HIV PCR tests are negative. They are sensitive 3-4 days post exposure. They are considered almost conclusive after 10-12 days exposure. Both HIV 1&2 PCR tests are negative.
P24 antigen is considered very sensitive after 4 weeks. It is also negative.
So the chances of HIV with these 2 negative tests is nil.The chances of tests coming positive later is nil.
HIV 2 is not common in XXXXXXX Moreover it is negative.
Mild variations in WBC counts or lymphocyte counts can occur .You need not worry about it.It is not specific and does not suggest HIV.

You can get back for any clarification.
Thank you

Brief Answer:
Unlikely due to HIV

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thank you for follow up query.

There are other causes for low CD4 counts .HIV tests are negative. With slightly lower wbc and lymphocyte counts it is likely too be low.
So it is unlikely due to HIV.
You can get back for any clarification.
