Brief Answer:
You are free from HIV infection beyond any doubt

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to HCM.
Thanks for posting your query.
Oral sex carries a low risk for HIV transmission. The HIV tests done for you are highly reliable 4th generation HIV test.
Non-reactive test 90 days after the exposure clearly ruled out HIV beyond any doubt.
You had the non-reactive report twice after the window period for HIV.
So your result is conclusive and confirmatory.
Nothing to worry.

Brief Answer:
You are free from HIV infection.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome back.
You had undergone 4th generation DUO /COMBO HIV tests. This test is highly reliable upto the extent of 99 % after window period. Two negative reports reliability increases up to 100%. All HIV tests available in the market (including ELISA) are highly reliable more than 97%.4th generation HIV test 12 weeks after the exposure is reliable to the extent of 99 %. As you had 3 non-reactive HIV tests at various times, you need no further testing for HIV. Western blot test is not necessary for you. You can meet Dr Naval XXXXXXX or XXXXXXX Mathai or Dr YSN XXXXXXX or Dr Venkatramana at XXXXXXX for further information .

Brief Answer:
Your reports are 100% reliable!

Detailed Answer:
Hi,.
Welcome back.
All your information are wrong.
HIV tests are reliable after the window period, that is not more than 90 days in normal situations and never after 6 months in individuals with extraordinary circumstances like who are on immunosuppressive drugs.
So your test reports are highly reliable. When your HIV test reports were non-reactive, there is no need for CD4 count test.
