Brief Answer:
you can take gelusil syrup

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for posting your query,

Econorm XXXXXXX prescribed for you by your doctor is to treat the diarrhea you are experiencing now. For acidity, you can take gelusil syrup. It contains aluminium and magnesium salts, which is considered safe during pregnancy.

I would suggest you to take Gelusil syrup only when you are symptomatic but not on regular basis.
You are required to do the following:
- take small quantity meals with intervals of 2-3 hours
- avoid fatty, oily and spicy foods
- avoid meals 1 hour prior to bed time
- wear loose fitting clothes
- consuming yogurt gives enough relief from acidity (even if you are lactose intolerant)

Hope this helps
