Question: can 100 mg of fluconazole/day and 800 mg of acyclovir 800 mg 4x daily be taken safely for someone with no kidney problem?

it depends on what you mean by "safely". They are not supposed to interact if that's what you implied. Each of them could individually cause renal problems but the risk is not high. The dosage you're talking about it commonly used without problems though.
