Brief Answer:
Oral antiinflammatory (NSAIDs)

Detailed Answer:
Hello. thank you.
I am Dr. Kakkar (Dermatologist and Venereologist). I have noted your concern.

You may take an OTC oral antiinflammatory (NSAIDs) e.g either ibuprofen or diclofenac, twice daily for symptomatic improvement of pain and swelling. Besides symptomatic treatment I also suggest you to take oral antivirals e.g either acyclovir or valacyclovir.
