continue with present medicines and provide more information

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX
I had gone through your question and images of prescription you have uploaded.
Your doctor didn't mention anything about diagnosis so I would like further information for better assessment of the condition

Your age and relevant medical history
If possible upload me a photograph of the affected region
Does is associated with any changes in surrounding skin colour or any visible rashes

Meanwhile continue with fluconazole tablet and miconazole ointment
Maintenan good hygiene
Change your underwear very frequently and keep the groin region clean and moist.

Sometime this might be related to poor hygiene or allergic reaction so you need not to worry please write back to me with these details.so that I will be able to tell you more precisely
Best wishes

Brief Answer:
Please complete the course of antifungal drugs under supervision

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Welcome again and thanks for the details
I had gone through your photographs, discolouration and typical site involvement is suggestive of fungal infection most probably.

In my opinion you may require a course of antifungal like fluconazole or itraconazole with miconazole powder and clotrimazole ointment or spray

Monitor the liver function with the tests and also take good hygiene as I suggested in my previous reply. If the liver function tests are abnormal again then discontinue the medicines after consulting your doctor. Drink cleaner water and take hygienic food.

Hope this answers your question
Thanks for your question
Best wishes

Brief Answer:
Fluconazole is prescribed as 150 mg once weekly

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Welcome again

Fluconazole is generally prescribed on doses of 150 mg weekly for 7 to 8 weeks. It is nowadays available as over the counter but may be more expensive then written prescription. At some places it's not available over the counter and you may require doctors handwritin prescription.
Therefore I would suggest that you visit your near doctor
