Brief Answer:
What is your temperature? Add tylenol 1000mg every 8hours to treatment!

Detailed Answer:
HI and thanks so much for this query.

I have reviewed this information fully. Erythromycin is a good first line drug for the treatment of pneumonia of bacteria origin. 2days is not sufficient for the infection to be controlled fully. However, if you have persistent fevers and increased breathing difficulties, we will need to get you reviewed and maybe the medications changed to more potent ones such as levaquin. If there is no fever or increased breathing difficulty, I recommend you continue with this medication and add tylenol for the aches and sinus pain. You should drink much water and fluids as well as get some rest as you fight through this ill state.

I hope this guides and helps. I wish you well. Feel free to follow up with me if need be.
